Your go-to choice for a clean, secure wall installation.
When mounting an oval closet rod directly onto drywall, wood, or any solid surface, this is the bracket you want. Simple, solid, and designed to hold everything exactly where it should be.

It’s the kind of detail you’ll see and use every day—so it’s worth getting right from the start.

Designed to fit—and stay put.
Not all brackets are created equal. Many are shallow, which can leave the rod feeling loose or prone to shifting. If you’ve ever had a rod that rattles or shifts, there’s a good chance the bracket was the problem.

Ours are intentionally made deeper, giving the rod a more secure seat inside the bracket. That added depth also gives you a little forgiveness during installation—if your rod is cut slightly short, there’s still plenty inside the bracket to keep it secure.

Solid cast construction—not stamped shortcuts.
These are made from cast zinc—not thin stamped metal that’s cranked out by the thousands.

Casting creates a denser, more substantial part with cleaner lines and smoother edges. Each bracket is embossed with our Desunia “D”, so you know you’re getting the real thing—not a generic lookalike. You can feel it the moment you pick one up, and you’ll appreciate it even more once it’s installed.

Whether it’s a few garments in the laundry room or a fully loaded coat closet, these brackets provide a dependable, confidence-inspiring foundation.

A smoother finish starts before the finish.
A great satin nickel finish starts with a properly prepared surface.

Long before it gets plated, each bracket goes through a multi-step grinding and polishing process to refine the surface and remove any burrs or rough edges. This essential step sets the stage for everything that follows.

After a generous nickel plating, the satin effect is applied entirely by hand. Using a specialized abrasive wheel, each piece is carefully finished to achieve a soft, uniform, brushed appearance—while also serving as a final check for consistency.

The result is a warm, understated finish that complements a wide range of interiors—and matches seamlessly with our rods and other components for a cohesive look throughout your space.

Everything you need (no hardware store run required).
We include the right fasteners for multiple installation scenarios:

  • Short screws for mounting into 3/4" panels
  • Longer screws and hollow wall anchors for drywall installations

All screws are finished to match the brackets, so everything looks clean and consistent once installed.

No guessing, no last-minute trips—just open the package and get to work.

Installation (quick and straightforward).
If going into wood:

  • Install the top screw first
  • Straighten the bracket if needed
  • Install the second screw

If going into drywall:

  • Use the bracket as a jig and drill two 3/16" holes
  • Tap the wall anchors in until they’re flush with the drywall
  • Start screws with a drill if you’d like, but finish by hand to avoid overtightening

For spans over about 4 feet, a mid support is often a good idea, depending on the load.

Here’s what you get…

  • 1 pair of satin nickel oval closet rod end brackets
  • Matching mounting screws (2 lengths)
  • Hollow wall anchors
