Returns & Refunds

Ordered the wrong size? Finish not quite what you expected? It happens.

That’s why we’ve built what we believe is one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the business.

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — no awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through, and no need to keep the original packaging.

Opened the package?
No problem.

Already installed the item and changed your mind?
No problem.

Packaging long gone?
Still not a problem.

As long as the item is returned in reasonable condition, we’ll do our best to make the process easy and hassle-free.

The only exception is custom-made products, which are built specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, please keep in mind that our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Oversized items — especially long closet rods — can be surprisingly expensive for us to ship, even when shipping appears “free” at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot ship to PO boxes, so we'll need a regular street address to process your order.

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping charges and any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier.
