Long before it gets plated, each hanger goes through a multi-step grinding and polishing process to refine the surface and remove any burrs or rough edges. This essential step sets the stage for everything that follows.

After plating, the satin effect is applied through a careful hand-finishing process. Using a specialized abrasive wheel, each piece is brought to a soft, uniform brushed finish that gives satin brass its distinctive warm appearance.
