The finishing touch your rod deserves.
These oval end caps are designed to cleanly finish off the exposed ends of your closet rod, giving your installation a polished, complete look.
They’re a perfect match to our oval rods—same profile, same dimensions, and the same satin brass finish—so everything looks intentional from end to end.
A simple fix when things don’t go perfectly.
If your rod ends up a little short after cutting, these end caps can help.
Each cap adds approximately 1/8" to the length of the rod, giving you just enough flexibility to fine-tune your fit without starting over.
Solid cast construction—not stamped shortcuts.
These are made from cast metal—not thin, stamped pieces.
That means better durability, a more substantial feel, and a cleaner, more refined look that holds up over time. The Desunia “D” is embossed on the inside of each cap—out of sight once installed, but a clear sign you’re getting an exclusive design.
A smoother finish starts before the finish.
A great satin brass finish starts with a properly prepared surface.
Long before it gets plated, each cap goes through a multi-step grinding and polishing process to refine the surface and remove any burrs or rough edges. This essential step sets the stage for everything that follows.
After plating, the satin effect is applied through a careful hand-finishing process. Using a specialized abrasive wheel, each piece is brought to a soft, uniform brushed finish that gives satin brass its distinctive warm appearance.
The result is a rich, understated finish that adds warmth without being overly bright—and matches seamlessly with our rods and other components for a cohesive look throughout your space.
Designed for a secure, press-fit installation.
These end caps are intentionally made for a tight fit—it may take a little effort, but that’s what keeps them firmly in place.
To install, stand the rod on end, start the cap into place, and gently tap it in using a hammer with a block of wood or cloth to protect the finish.
For best results, use the factory-cut end of the rod to ensure a clean, flush fit.
