Drawer slide installation is one of those things that can make the more experienced cabinetmaker want to pull their own hair out. NO MORE! The Dugan Drawer Slide Jig (humbly named after Desunia founder, Mike Dugan) makes it possible to do a complete installation of any kind of ballbearing drawer slide in just 90 seconds with zero hassles.

Cabinet Members... easy
Just hold the jig against your cabinet face and rest it on the drawer stretcher. Drill 2 holes, attach the slide. Then, since the jig is symmetrical, do the other side of the cabinet just as fast. Honestly, could it be any easier?

Drawer Members... even easier
Most drawer slide jigs just do the cabinet member and you're on your own for the drawer member. Not here! Just use the included index pins to position the jig on the drawer box, drill 2 holes, attach the slide!

Perfect Results... every time
The thing that usually makes drawer slide installation so hard is keeping all 4 members in alignment. Because the Dugan Drawer Slide Jig is manufactured on a state-of-the-art CNC machining center with tolerances of .001". This makes for a perfect job every single time.

A different jig for every length
Yeah, we could have made a "one size fits all" jig. While this would  have made our lives easier, each jig would have had so many holes, it would have been a huge hassle to use. Instead, we opted to make a different jig for each length slide. This means there's just 4 holes in each jig, so it's super simple to use.

Works on Other Brands Too
We really can't imagine why in the world you'd want to use another brand besides Desunia, but if you did, the jig is pretty easily adaptable. See our video for more info!
